The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
Order verification, quality check, and packaging. All orders are sent to the fulfillment center for dispatch within 24-48 hours after the order is placed.
This refers to the time that takes items to be shipped from our fulfillment center to the destination.
The shipping time is depended on your country of residence because of our merchandise ships from different warehouses. We want to make sure you get your items as quickly as possible so we process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days from the order date and shipped the next day (between Monday and Sunday) after the processing day.

VIP Shipping(5-10 Days) the order amount is above $29: $6.99
- We currently don't support shipping to anywhere except the countries mentioned above.
- Shipping can be affected due to Holidays, weather conditions and others, we are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country.
- Your tracking information might not be visible on your account once your order leaves our warehouse since we need to receive this information from the courier and upload it to our system. In any case, the parcel may return to us with one of the following reasons.
· Unclaimed (>90% ** All Parcel will be returned if they are unclaimed within 14 days upon arrival.)
· Insufficient Address
· Moved, Left No Address
· Returned For Better Address
· No Such Street or Number
· Not Deliverable As Addressed Unable to forward
· No Mail Receptacle
· Attempted - Not Known
· Box Closed - No Order
Disregarding any reasons, the Company will be charged the return delivery cost by our local Post Office for all undelivered or unclaimed parcels. The customer should be responsible for the return delivery charge and re-shipment charge if parcels or goods returned "unclaimed" or due to address the related problems.
Shipments from all of our warehouses are delivery duty unpaid. Therefore, any and all customs or import duties are charged once the package reaches its destination country. If any, these charges must be paid by the customers. Customers take full liability for all return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees should they refuse to accept a package due to import duties or taxes.
